Statistics of the Church...
The Session Annual Statistical Report forms were mailed to each Clerk of Session on November 29th. They included the workbook for statistical and financial
reporting and instructions for entering the information using the Statistics of the Church (SOC) website. Below is the link to the on-line form for reporting:

Tips for On-Line Statistical Reporting
DO NOT CLICK "SUBMIT CHURCH INFORMATION" UNTIL YOU HAVE FINISHED ENTERING ALL YOUR INFORMATION!
Enter the information
you prepared on your worksheet. You can come and go from the website and make as many changes as necessary until the deadline date of midnight, Wednesday, February 20, 2008 or until you hit the "Submit" button. Remember, the session needs to approve the report as soon as possible after December 31, 2007. This is a session report and does not
require approval at the congregational meeting.
The best place to print is from the "Church Report" menu on-line.
The "church report" feature is a two-page summary of all the information
that you have entered. This is the report you should include in your session minute book.

Terms of Call
After your congregational meeting to act on 2008 terms of call, complete the Committee on Ministry terms of call report form below and return it to the Stated Clerk by February 20, 2008. This provides information for the required review of terms of call by the Committee on Ministry and their annual report to presbytery.

As soon as possible, you must also file an ENR-111 form with the Board of Pensions.

Minister & Church Information Forms
These forms are used to update the presbytery directory, our mailing lists, database and files. Return these forms to the Stated Clerk by January 9, 2008 so that the directory can be prepared for distribution in February . If you prefer to type these reports, click the Word Format document links and chose "save" from the pop up menu. Save the document to your computer then open it with Word to type your report.

Elder Commissioner to Presbytery
Remember to elect your presbytery commissioners for 2008 at your December session meeting. Report the name(s), addresse(s), and e-mail address(es) of Elders commissioned by your session to attend presbytery meetings in 2008. Return this form to the Stated Clerk by January 9th to ensure that your commissioner(s) get(s) the call papers for the February Stated Meeting.

Necrology Report
Report the names of all elders who died in 2007. The names will be read at a stated meeting. Return the report to the Stated Clerk by January 9th.

Clerk's Annual Questionnaire
The printed worksheet was mailed to each Clerk of Session. File the report on-line by February 20th.

Insurance Information
If you did not do so last year, please obtain and photocopy your church insurance policy's "Declaration Page" or "Package Insurance Plan" and mail the copy to the Stated Clerk by February 20th. This information assures the presbytery's insurance provider that we are monitoring your coverage and thus lessens the presbytery's liability.
