PAM is a national organization of the church for people who are involved in the areas of worship, music, and the arts. Choir directors, organizts, Christian educators, ministers, and lay persons find PAM to be a valuable resource for creative worship planning.

Growing the Mainline Church

We have assembled a resource team made up of pastors who have extensive experience in leading growing congregations of every size. They come together to offer this event, not so much as "experts" who have the formula, but as fellow travelers in ministry who, in the good times and the tough times, have discovered principles and practices that energize congregations and congregational leaders.

We invite you to join us for a time of hopeful discovery and renewal. Bring a team from your congregation. A post-conference online message board will be available for continuing support and discussion as you lead your congregation in a growing ministry.
