The Resource Center is filled with tools to equip your ministry! Check it out for ideas for Bible Study, Youth Ministry, Worship, Adult Education, Sunday School, Retreats, Vacation Bible School, Officer Training, and so much more.

The Resource Center is located in the Presbytery Center at 2236 Tower Grove Avenue, St. Louis. The Resource Center holdings include books, videos, curriculum, and equipment to assist congregations, ministers and other church leaders in your ministry.

The Resource Center Director, Cindy Corley can assist you with selecting and checking out or returning materials.

The Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A print directory of the Resource Center's catalog of holdings is available for churches.

Using the Video Projection System

Churches and committees may check out the video/PowerPoint projector and laptop. It should be checked out in the name of the individual in whose possession it will be kept most of the time. However, the projector is the responsibility of the church or committee on whose behalf it was checked out.
In case of damage or loss, the church or committee will be billed for the cost of the damage or the total value of the projector.
The person in whose name the projector is checked out must attend a projector orientation session or be able to demonstrate her/his knowledge of how to set up and operate the projector.
The projector will be loaned on a Tuesday to Thursday or Thursday to Tuesday basis. The rental fee is $35.00, with checks made payable to "Presbytery of Giddings-Lovejoy." No fee will be charged for use at Presbytery meetings or presentations by one of the four Ministry Teams.
Payment must be made on the day of check out - no exceptions.
Reservations may be made up to three months in advance, with no church or committee reserving it for more than two full weeks in a row. During the seasons of Lent and Advent, the system may be reserved for no more than 1 full week.
The projector will only be loaned out during normal Resource Center hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No exceptions.
A note about security:
This projector cost EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS. The bulb alone cost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. The point is - treat it well. Please don't leave it on the front seat of your car while you run into the grocery store. Don't leave it unattended in the church office. Make sure it is in a safe, dry, secure place at all times.
If you drop or break the equipment, return it immediately to the Resource Center.
